Flashy collects no data about you or your child. It has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no crash reporting. All pictures, sounds, and voices are built into the app, and it works entirely offline.

The Android app includes the standard INTERNET permission from the framework it is
built with, but Flashy makes no network requests and sends nothing off the device.
The app saves one preference so it can remember it the next time it opens: the language you chose in Settings. It stays on your device, is never transmitted, and is deleted when you uninstall the app.
Flashy contains no ads. Earlier versions of Flashy showed ads; they have been removed. The app contains no advertising networks, no analytics services, and no third-party tracking of any kind, and no third party receives information about you or your child through this app.
Flashy is made for young children and follows the Google Play Families Policy. Because the app collects no personal information at all, it collects none from children.
Rights to access, correct, export or delete personal data do not arise here, as we hold no personal data about you or your child. To remove the language preference stored on your device, uninstall the app or clear its storage in your device settings.
If the app ever changes in a way that affects this policy, we will update this page and change the effective date above. Material changes will also be described in the app's release notes on the store listing.
